Blog Post: The Excitement Runs Both Ways

When I interview someone who I believe is right for Jobing.com and extend a job offer, I am incredibly excited about them joining our organization.  I know that we have a great team of people here and an incredible organization, so when I offer a candidate the opportunity to join us- I consider it a BIG deal.  I love when I receive an email or note, even AFTER the job offer is accepted by our candidate, letting me know how excited that person is to join our company and can't wait to head to training!  Just like I tell newly hired people know how excited we are, we love to hear that passion excitement back.   For recently hired Jobing people and soon to be hired Jobing people- remember the excitement runs both ways!
