K Alliance is currently seeking several part time telemarketing or marketing support specialists to generate leads for the inside sales portion of our business. The right candidate for this position will be self motivated with a strong desire for success.

  • Skills / Requirements
  • 1+ years experience in telemarketing, customer service and /or Inside Sales (outbound business to business telesales) is strongly preferred!
  • Telephone sales skills including qualifying, telephonic presentation skills, and strong interpersonal/rapport building skills.
  • Ability top thrive in a fast paced work setting. -Clear understanding of the sale cycle.
  • Team spirit and excellent verbal communication skills is a must.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. -Self-starter, driven with great follow-through skills.
  • Knowledge of some IT certifications such as CompTIA A+, Cisco CCNA, or Microsoft's MCSE is a plus.

    The position requires successful individuals to handle responsibilities including active prospecting and qualifying customers. This position would primarily include calling prospective customers to offer a free software training video course as well as obtaining qualifying leads through proper Q&A techniques. Must be able to handle on average a call rate of 100 -170 calls a day. In addition, we expect our telemarketers / marketing support specialist to maintain a professional relationship with prospective customers through the initial information cycle, and work as a team member with other employees.
