Job: CLINICAL DIRECTOR

Clinical Director of INETICARE is a full-time onsite position located in Tampa. Clinical Director is responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of operational, clinical and functional support for the following programs: Utilization Management, Disease, and Case Management

The Clinical Director is responsible for all aspects of the clinically-oriented products and people including but not limited to the hiring, training, monitoring, evaluation, and supervision of all UM/DM/CM Nurse Case Managers and support staff. The Director assures that all regulatory and URAC accreditation standards are implemented and met.

Bachelor's Degree or higher

Registered Nurse with at least 5 years of Clinical Nursing Experience or Physician with clinical program experience.

Active, Unrestricted License in the State of Florida

Certification in UM, Case Management, or a related field

Excellent supervisory, oral, written, telephone, and computer skills

Positive, proactive, team-oriented approach/attitude

Familiar with URAC Standards, Principles, and Procedures

Presentation and public speaking skills

Some travel required
