This position is full-time internal (not a contractor) and will be based in Tampa Bay.
Jagged Peak is seeking an experienced IT Specialist with a customer-service mindset to work in a fast-paced highly entrepreneurial growing company.

In this position you will:
Manage ISP Data Center for multiple clients with multiple websites.
Be responsible for security set up and maintenance
Assist in the planning and implementation of additions, deletions and major modifications to the supporting infrastructure.
Administration and maintenance of the company's infrastructure, and directs other IT team members when necessary.
Respond to escalated help desk issues.
Assist with routine help desk tasks, such as telephone changes, network set up, set up PC and laptop, set up security access.
Troubleshooting, systems backups, archiving, and disaster recovery and provides expert support when necessary.
Interact with internal clients on all levels to help resolve IT-related issues and provides answers in a timely manner.
Create trouble ticket for work orders and resolve and/or escalate issues in a timely fashion.
Work closely with the IT team, project managers, QA staff and management to create solutions that solve client business requirements.
Work with a network of over 70 servers that are configured to Web-Applications, ERPs, Websites, Databases and similar programs.
Skills / Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science.
Proven skills managing multiple servers and websites with multiple clients.
CISCO and Microsoft Certifications highly desired.
Experience with Microsoft Servers
Experience with Firewalls, Security Setup and Maintenance, Load Balancing, Reloading, DNS Servers, Database and Application Servers
5 years of application systems support in enterprise and e-commerce production environments.
Experience with Network Communications, Maintenance, and Systems Support in an Internet-based Infrastructure.
Experience administering and architecting virtualized systems, as well as extensive experience in working closely with application administrators.
Effectively communicates relevant IT-related information to project team, and management.
Some IT Project Management exp.
Excellent analytical, problem solving, decision making, and crisis control skills.
REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS:
Routers (Cisco GSR, 7500, 7000, 5300, 4000, 3000, 2600, 2500, Terminal Servers: 2511, 2509). Extreme Networks Switches (Black Diamonds and Summit 24)
Cisco Switches (6500, 5000, 3500, 2900).
Cisco Pix Firewalls (525, 520, 515, 506), VPN Concentrator 3000 series, Cisco IOS Firewall feature set (IOS 12.X).
F5 load balancing devices
OC-12, OC-3, DS3, T-1, and ISDN PRI's and BRI's, Ethernet (Gigabit Ethernet, Fast Ethernet) FDDI, Token Ring.
Routing Protocol (BGP4, OSPF, EIGRP, IGRP, RIP, IS-IS, NLSP), Routed Protocol (TCP/IP, IPX/SPX).
Implemented QoS using FIFO, Weighted Fair Queuing, Priority Queuing, Custom Queuing, RSVP, RED, CAR.
Implemented SNMP on devices to allow for network management
Implemented traffic filters using Standard and Extended access-lists, Distribute-Lists, and Route Maps.
Implementation of HSRP, DHCP, DNS, FTP, TFTP, MRTG.
MCSE, CCNA, NOS,
MS Exchange, Email server, E-Commerce applications, multiple web portals, ecommerce.
