Job: Account Manager (Supply Chain and E-Commerce Exp)

Jagged Peak is a fast-paced highly entrepreneurial and rapidly growing e-commerce and supply chain software/order fulfillment company.

We are currently seeking an Account Manager with Fulfillment Supply-Chain Software Delivery and E-Commerce Industry experience. The Account Manager (AM) plays a pivotal role in maintaining client satisfaction and loyalty through ensuring exceptional service and creating value to those clients served. The Account Manager is the liaison between the client owner, internal solutions team members and the client to identify, analyze, research, and resolve inquiries regarding all aspects of the clients business.

The AM must understand and support the sales efforts of assigned relationships and act as a third party sales channel consultant to help achieve sales revenues, new account productivity, profit and goals. The AM will be the subject matter expert regarding meeting supply chain fulfillment needs for the client. The AM will strategically partner with the client to provide guidance regarding e-commerce marketing tactics and planning.

The AM supports the organizations strategic, tactical, and support functions in order to achieve corporate objectives. The AM is measured by profitability, growth and client retention.

This position is based in Tampa in our corporate office and requires very little travel! This is a very team-driven "all hands on deck" environment.

In this position you will:

Identify, analyze, research, and resolve inquiries regarding all aspects of the clients business.

Support the organizations strategic, tactical, and support functions in order to achieve corporate objectives.

Understand and support the sales efforts of assigned relationships and act as a third party sales channel consultant to help achieve sales revenues, new account productivity, profit and goals.

Understand the client's requirement for customized order fulfillment solutions.

Set and manage client's expectations.

Manage the client's supply chain fulfillment optimization

Create and guide multi-channel marketing plans to boost clients business.

Create clear/precise detailed statements of work

Proactively solicit current/future client needs

Relate all clients requirements to internal teams

Balance meeting the requirements of the clients while setting realistic expectations of internal solutions team members.

Manage accounts for 4-6 uniquely different e-commerce accounts for manufacturers.

Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university.

5+ years in-depth of successful customer service and or sales experience servicing clients with Direct Marketing, Fulfillment Supply-Chain, CRM and ecommerce software solutions, marketing service industry supporting Sales and Marketing team members.

3+ years working knowledge of E-Commerce marketing services.

5+ years in-depth knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems

5+ years in-depth knowledge of fulfillment (3PF) outsourcing services.
