Job: INBOUND/OUTBOUND SALES REPS

ICS is a nationwide outsourcing call center, we provide various services for several very large national accounts (clients). We provide both inbound and outbound sales programs to suit the needs of our clients.

We are currently seeking Inbound/Outbound Sales Representatives.

INBOUND/OUTBOUND SALES REPS
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Talk with customers by phone via inbound or out bound methods and create orders for television, internet and phone services.

Data entry, discuss charges and details for services requested, collects customer information, prepares orders, and explains the process.

Solicits sale of new or additional services to include upselling of additional products.

Speaks to customers in a professional, upbeat and helpful manner.

Follow up by contacting customers at their place of residence to finalize the order.

Qualifications:

Education/Experience:
High school diploma and 1 year of sales experience a must.

Language Ability:
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to spell correctly and verify information. Ability to type and possess computer skills such as internet and microsoft windows. Ability to effectively present information in one on one and small group situations to customers, clients, providers and other employees of the organization. Bilingual a Plus!!!!
