Job: Branch Supervisor

The chosen candidate will be responsible for the successful operation of a PFCU Branch including daily operations, achieving loan goals and operating within the budget plan. Qualified applicants must have a 2 year degree plus 2 years experience with a financial institution in a supervisor capacity along with 2 years lending experience.

Since the Branch Supervisor is responsible for a member's impression of the credit union, all candidates must have a proven record of adhering to the highest possible standards of member service, and credit union policies and procedures. Qualified candidates must possess excellent communication, leadership and supervisory skills. To fulfill the needs of our members, Branch Supervisors are expected to cross-sell credit union products and services. Must have strong commitment to credit union policies, regulations, and a commitment to excellence.
