Job: Inbound Telemarketing Sales Representatives

Dish Installation Inc. was founded in 2005. We are currently one of the largest Authorized Dish Network Dealer in the US and are growing. For 4 years Dish Installation Inc. has been providing its customers with outstanding video content and customer service. We also pride ourselves on offering a safe and rewarding work environment to our employees.

We are currently seeking Inbound Sales Representatives for all shifts including Full Time and Part Time.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include:

Speak with potential customers by phone via an inbound call from Dish Installation marketing material and explain current promotion.

Solicit sale of new services based on current promotion.

Data entry of customer information, discuss charges and details for services requested, prepare and complete orders for Dish Network video content.

Speak with customers in a professional, upbeat and helpful manner.

Ability to type and posses basic computer skills such as internet navigation and Microsoft Windows.

Ability to effectively present information in a one on one situation with potential customers.

Experience in telemarketing or satellites sales is beneficial but not necessary.
