Job: Customer Service

Solace Insurance is one of the fastest growing insurance agencies in the state of Florida. In 2005 we had a 62 percent growth rate. In 2006 while most sales were flat, Solace led as the top premium producing agency for several carriers. In 2007 we continue to demonstrate strong growth and were also recognized by Capgemini, an international technology consulting company, as being in the top 2 percent of all U.S. agencies for our technology.

Due to our growth we are expanding in our Largo office and looking for individuals with the desire to grow and develop in the industry.

In this position, you will be starting in a Customer Service role with a set salary plus bonus. Based on your work ethic, we will look at moving you into a sales position with unlimited income potential.

What are the job requirements?

A current Florida 2044, 220 or 440 license

Excellent customer service skills

Excellent communication skills

Basic computer skills – AMS or Applied exp a plus

Experience working in an insurance setting
