Job: Area Operations Executive

MIDFLORIDA Credit Union is seeking a Area Operations Executive who will be based out of our Lakeland location but will service two of our territories (East and West Polk County).

Essential duties and responsibilities include staff supervision, facility management, scheduling, review of cash and loan audit reports, policy and procedure enforcement, ensuring regulatory compliance, promoting excellent member service, assisting the Chief Operations Officer (COO) with projects and product development, monitoring lending goals and increasing loan volume, monitoring asset quality, delinquency reports, and loan documentation. Area Managers are responsible for promoting the MIDFLORIDA brand, community involvement, conducting business calls, staff development, annual evaluations, coaching and mentoring of designated personnel.

Candidates must possess several years of previous area/regional banking or credit union management experience. Candidates will possess exceptional leadership, management, communication, and organizational skills. Candidates will have extensive knowledge of local business and consumer markets and a history of increasing loan volume. Bachelor of Science degree in a business related field required.
