Job: CLAIM NEGOTIATION ANALYST

We are looking for an energetic, eager and competent person to fill the roll of Claim Negotiation Analyst. This is a full-time position located in Tampa, Florida. The Claim Negotiation Analyst negotiates discounts on individual healthcare claims and creates contracting agreements with providers. The Analyst must communicate with all "customers", internal and external-Clients, Members, Providers, Vendors and fellow employees in a pleasant, professional and courteous manner.

Demonstrate negotiation skills and have history of successful provider negotiations

Previous experience with medical-claims negotiation

Familiarity with medical terminology and coding

Provider Contracting preferred

Customer Service skills

Computer skills to include knowledge of Microsoft products such as MS Outlook, Excel, and Word

Ability to learn new computer programs quickly and successfully

Ability to work a full day at a desk, in front of a computer, and on the telephone

Ability to speak, read and write, using proper English grammar

Excellent use of e-mail etiquette and telephonic customer service skills
