Jobing Description
Position Summary: Call center environment handling inbound and outbound calls collecting on multiple product lines. Able to handle multiple tasks, can handle difficult situations, work all related accounts, advanced knowledge for skip tracing techniques, able to make sound decisions and recommends when accounts are ready for repossession and or charge off.

Education: Job related course work after high school. Previous Experience Needed: 3-5 year's related experience/training, or equivalent education or experience. Position Requirements: Multi task oriented with excellent people skills and ability to adapt quickly to a changing environment. Language Skills: Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, memos and procedure manuals. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and in small group situations to members and other employees of the organization. Mathematical Skills: Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals. Ability to compute rates, ratios, percentages, and interest. Reasoning Ability: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out single one or two-step instructions. Ability to deal with standardized situations with only occasional variables. Problem Solving: Work consists of a variety of duties requiring the use of different standard systems and procedures. Analysis is required in applying guidelines and precedents. Problems can be unique and require the collection and interpretation of information. Effect of Decisions: Decisions typically can affect the work of the other employees who may be doing similar or dissimilar work, but decisions typically do not affect the entire department.
