Job: Inbound / Outbound Sales

Responsibilities

Inbound/Outbound calls to new and existing business customers using our consultative sales approach. You will be expected to create an exceptional customer experience while selling new accounts, resolving issues, offering solutions and/or sell value added advertising products. You will engage in a needs based dialogue using our consultative sales approach.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• 2-3 years of sales and customer service experience, B2B preferred
• Ability to meet and exceed performance goals in a fast paced environment
• High volume inbound and/or outbound call experience
• A passion for providing an excellent customer experience
• Ability to work both in a team environment and independently
• Intermediate to advanced computer skills; Excel, Word, internet and search engines a must.
• Ability to successfully pass a criminal background check and drug screen
