Jobing Description

Residential property inspectors needed to perform 4- point inspections, wind mitigation credit and verification inspections in the following markets: Tampa/St. Petersburg, Jacksonville, Tallahassee, Pensacola, Ocala, Orlando, Daytona, Ft. Myers, Miami and West Palm Beach.

Skills / Requirements

Qualified candidates will possess one of the following licenses:
*Florida licensed general, residential or building contractor
*Licensed building inspector
*Registered architect
*State of Florida Engineer
*Building code official (who is duly authorized by the State of Florida or its county municipalities to verify building code compliance).
*Certified inspector
