Job: F & B - Council Oak Server

The Seminole Tribe of Florida was the first to pave the way for Native American gaming in the United States more than 25 years ago and now owns and operates seven Seminole Gaming facilities throughout the state; including Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Hollywood, Seminole Hard Hotel & Casino Tampa and Seminole Casinos in Big Cypress, Brighton, Coconut Creek, Hollywood and Immokalee. The gaming facilities are among the most successful in the country. The Seminole Hard Rock Hotels & Casinos in Hollywood & Tampa have been designated with the prestigious Four Diamond rating by the American Automobile Association (AAA).

The Seminole Tribe is one of the oldest recognized American Indian Tribes in the United States and currently has 3,000 members on six reservations.

Headquartered on the Seminole Hollywood Reservation, the Seminole Tribe of Florida is a sovereign government and manages reservations in many parts of Florida. In addition to providing essential government services to its members, the Tribe is active in many businesses in addition to gaming. Other business interests include agriculture, tourism, sports and real estate.

We're always looking for talented and energetic rock stars to join our group. We are currently seeking Council Oak Server for our F & B department.

The Council Oak server provides fast and flawless service to the restaurant�s guests while building relationships and creating a comfortable atmosphere to ensure a truly great dining experience. The server will be responsible for selling the food and beverage menus to guests in his/her dining section as well as delivering food and beverage items to the table.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High School Diploma or equivalent is required

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Minimum two years of high-volume serving experience.

Must be congenial and have neat, professional appearance with good personal hygiene

Must be reliable and conscientious, possess the ability to interact (in English) with guests, co-workers and supervisory staff.

Must be detail oriented with strong interpersonal and communication skills

Must posses the ability to act quickly and exercise good judgment under pressure and/or conflict situations is a must

Must be able to stand and walk, entire shift
