Job: Housekeeping - Room Attendant

The Seminole Tribe of Florida was the first to pave the way for Native American gaming in the United States more than 25 years ago and now owns and operates seven Seminole Gaming facilities throughout the state; including Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Hollywood, Seminole Hard Hotel & Casino Tampa and Seminole Casinos in Big Cypress, Brighton, Coconut Creek, Hollywood and Immokalee. The gaming facilities are among the most successful in the country. The Seminole Tribe is one of the oldest recognized American Indian Tribes in the United States and currently has 3,000 members on six reservations.

Headquartered on the Seminole Hollywood Reservation, the Seminole Tribe of Florida is a sovereign government and manages reservations in many parts of Florida. In addition to providing essential government services to its members, the Tribe is active in many businesses in addition to gaming. Other business interests include agriculture, tourism, sports and real estate.

We're always looking for talented and energetic rock stars to join our group. We are currently seeking Room Attendant for our Housekeeping department.

Under the supervision of the Housekeeping Manager and Supervisors, the Room Attendant will be responsible for ensuring clean rooms.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High School Diploma or GED required.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Previous hotel cleaning experience is preferred.

Must have attention to detail.

Must be able to lift and move up to 25 lbs.

Must have Exceptional guest service skills.

Must be able to communicate effectively with guests in English, specific to position duties and responsibilities.

Ability to deliver a service level which creates an atmosphere that makes our guests want to return, giving each guest a positive, memorable entertainment experience.

Commitment to routinely go above and beyond in the accomplishment of position responsibilities in an effort to play a role in the achievement of organizational goals.

Must present an image of excitement, enthusiasm, and outgoing personality, while being able to project a professional appearance.
