Job: Family Support Coordinator III

This is a Professional position providing family support and case management services to children within Hillsborough County. The Family Support Coordinator III will also be assessing and billing for all children who meet criteria for Targeted Case Management At-Risk of Abuse and Neglect. Duties include assisting caregivers with identifying strengths and goals and linking the caregivers and children to resources that will assist them in goal achievement.

Bi-lingual Preferred.

Bachelors Degree with one year of relevant experience.

Ability to establish and maintain positive interpersonal relationships required for proper functioning within Family Support Coordinator role.

Ability to read and write documentation on a professional level.

Ability to effectively communicate verbally with, provide information to, and respond to questions from supervisor, consumers, service providers, family members, school officials, and the general public.

Specific vision abilities required include close vision and distance vision.

Capability of occasionally lifting and moving up to 25 pounds.

Valid Florida driver¡¦s license and reliable transportation are necessary.

Ability to be flexible as working hours may include evening and weekends.
