Experienced Telesales Professional to form the foundation of our Customer Loyalty Team

One of the country's leading nutritional supplement companies has recently begun selling direct-to-consumer and now seeks an experienced telesales/customer loyalty professional to take exceptional care of our growing customer base.

Customer contact will be through inbound and outbound calls, text chat, live voice, email and letters and hand written notes. If you have the motivation, superior sales skills, and dedication to the highest quality customer care, this is the position for you.

Our offices are located in Palm Harbor, FL. No telecommuting.
Our office is open M-F 8:30-6:00pm.

Skills / Requirements

2-4 years of proven sales experience with quality customer-first focus

Effective communication, analytical and quantitative skills
