Job: Bilingual Collector

Bilingual Collector needed for growing Financial company.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Make outbound calls to clients requesting payment
Initiate appropriate letters from company database
Utilize various tools and techniques to locate or establish contact with our customers
Other duties as assigned

Candidate must have 1-3 years experience of 1st Party Collections
Must be Bilingual - English/Spanish
Great customer service skills and phone etiquette
Must have the ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment
Light skip tracing skills
Looking for a team player with a great attitude
