Job: Case Manager - Seasonal

Job Details: Current FL License/Certification Required
Current FL Licensed RN. Case Management experience required. Knowledge of InterQual Criteria, Medicare, Medicaid and HMO guidelines. Able to perform planning activities, weekend call rotation required. Able to read and communicate effectively in English. Spanish speaking a plus.

2009/2010 Seasonal Agreement Guidelines
Seasonal Employees
Must sign 12 week or 16 week agreement
Work 36 hours per week minimum
No requested time off during contract
More than 2 absences forfeit seasonal bonus

Seasonal Agreements will be offered within the timeframe of :
November, 2009 through April, 2010
Pay will be $35 per hour plus applicable differentials

Licensed Staff Bonus at Completion of Agreement
$3000 for 12 weeks
$4000 for 16 weeks

All Seasonal Staff will be assigned to an appropriate float pool:
Medical-Surgical
Critical Care
Emergency
Surgical Services
Cardiac
