Title: Clinical Analyst - Documentation Specialist. Will be responsible for the following, but not limited to:

Position entails review of concurrent clinical documentation via an EMR and training and knowledge of disease process from a clinical standpoint.
It requires the ability to communicate effectively and follow up with physicians, other clinical staff, case management, coding, and reimbursement staff regarding the appropriate documentation to support applicable coding and billing processes.
Coding Certification, Inpatient Prospective Payment Methodology/MS-DRG experience, and/or Nursing background required. Minimum of one year relevant experience required.
