Requirements:
Current Florida RN licensure
Bachelors Degree or actively pursuing BS.
Chart review and auditing experience helpful. Familiarization of CMS Core Measures and JCAHO standards helpful.
Requires leadership qualities, strong communication skills, experience in Micro Soft applications and other hospital information systems
Project management, systems analyses, and implementation experience preferred

Language Skills:
Able to effectively communicate in English, both verbally and in writing.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Excellent presentation skills.

Skills:
Use of electronic medical record.
Basic computer knowledge: including word processing, excel spreadsheets, data processing
Analytical and organizational skills
