Description:
In this role, you will be responsible for planning, organizing and directing all administrative and functional activities related to Joint Commission preparation, patient safety, quality and regulatory compliance programs. You will serve as the hospital's Patient Safety Officer, and provide leadership for Clinical Excellence Analysts and Infection Control. You will ensure the Medical Center's compliance with external regulatory entities (i.e., TJC, CMS, Bureau of Licensure and Certification), and provide leadership in the fulfillment of Quality initiatives and expectations.

Qualified candidates will have a FL RN license, a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred), and a minimum of 2 years progressive management experience in Joint Commission preparation, Quality and/or Patient Safety and Regulatory Compliance. Experience in an acute care hospital environment is preferred. You must have computer proficiency to include word processing, spreadsheet, and database.
