Job: Executive Director, Foundation

Florida Hospital Zephyrhills is a faith-based, mission-driven, patient-focused health care facility that primarily serves East Pasco County, including Zephyrhills, Dade City, San Antonio, Wesley Chapel and the surrounding area. A member of the Adventist Health System (AHS), the 154-bed acute care hospital has the only nationally accredited chest pain center with PCI in East Pasco County, a new Orthopaedic & Spine Institute, new patient rooms, a Heart Institute that was developed with support from the hospital Foundation and specialized programs focused on wellness. Florida Hospital Zephyrhills is committed to helping patients heal and to keeping them well.

Reporting to AVP- Marketing and the Board of Trustees, the Executive Director will be an accomplished, creative and results-driven fundraising executive with a successful record of organizing and managing a mission-driven, donor-based Foundation. The Executive Director will be the primary advocate of the Foundation's mission and have proven talent for establishing constituency relationships and loyalty programs to encourage sustained and increased donor support. The candidate must be skilled in board and fund development and have strong communication skills.

Masters degree with minimum of seven years development experience. Strong computer skills, including RaisersEdge, Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point), internet tools, prospecting programs, etc.
