Bon Secours St. Petersburg Home Care, providing services for Pinellas and Pasco counties, is dedicated to providing compassionate, quality care in your home. We work closely with your primary physician to ensure that care promotes speedy recovery from surgeries and acute illness. Our staff is trained to educate and provide medical care through clinical pathways that support unstable long-term illnesses such as diabetes, Alzheimer's, dementia, pulmonary diseases and arthritis. COMMUNITY EDUCATION LIAISON/OUTREACH
If you possess an existing book of business, the ability to influence change in physician practice patterns, knowledge of the Independent Living and Assisted Living referral potential and demonstrated successful sales strategies, this could be the opportunity you have been looking for!

The selected candidate will assume responsibility for the development of materials and presentations of home health agency services to physicians, facilities and individuals. Qualifications include a degree in communications, education, sales, marketing or general business or nursing; a bachelor's degree is preferred, along with a minimum of two years of proven experience in community education, liaison or outreach. Excellent knowledge of home health industry regulations and trends and familiarity with the community and the county, especially the home health care community, required. In addition, candidates must possess a professional style/appearance, excellent interpersonal skills with ease of communication, be likeable and very honest and able to do relationship marketing. Outstanding organizational, follow-up, follow-through and listening skills essential, along with the ability to gather the information necessary to pre-qualify a physician as a key target.
