Job: Janitorial Operations Professionals

We are seeking janitorial operations managers. Individuals who can phone and/or meet with business owners and managers for the purpose of customer service, franchisee training and support.

JAN-PRO Cleaning Systems is the country's fastest growing, franchised commercial cleaning organization, with offices throughout the nation and Canada. JAN-PRO Cleaning Systems was established in the early 1990s and now is active in over 82 metropolitan areas in the US, Canada and Europe. JAN-PRO of Tampa Bay was established in 2001. Our operations process consists of customer service and supporting and training JAN-PRO Franchisees. You will be asked to participate in the parts of the operations process that best fit your skills and experience. Excellent verbal communication skills, in English

Well groomed and confident.

Successful prior janitorial, management experience.

Prior experience in the cleaning (or related) industry.

Prior experience in floor care, both carpet and hard floor care.

Bilingual, English/Spanish a plus.

Strong and friendly telephone skills.

Computer skills (Internet, MS Office)

College education a plus
