Cypress Creek Juvenile Offender Correctional Facility in Lecanto is looking for a Licensed Mental Health Professional. Qualified applicants should have knowledge of adolescent psychopathology and mental health, substance abuse and suicide screenings. Must be able to provide comprehensive clinical assessments, treatment planning and individualized mental health/substance abuse therapeutic interventions.Position requires client advocacy. The right person must possess a license: (LCSW, LMHC) from the state of Florida, provide individual and group substance abuse counseling to youth. Participate as a member of treatment teams and write treatment plans and assessments. Knowledge of crisis intervention. Some weekends and evening hours required.

Must possess a license: (LCSW, LMHC) from the state of Florida, Masters degree from an accredited college or university in the field of counseling, social work, psychology, rehabilitation, special education or in a related human services field is preferred. 5 years related experience in the field of treatment program development, implementation, & evaluation in a juvenile institution preferred. CAP (Chemical Addition Professional) is a plus.
