Job: Youth Care Worker

Under direction of a supervisor, manages the general conduct and behavior of juvenile residents, the maintenance of discipline and the custodial, life and social skills training, recreation, transportation and housekeeping functions; does related work as required.

High school diploma or GED required. Previous experience in a similar work environment preferred. Must have "thick skin" and ability to control emotions.
