Job: Senior Patient Account Representative

Sr. Sr. Patient Account Representative analyzes claims to determine extent of liability, resolves insurance and patient issues in accordance with organizational policies. Individual provides specialty support and coding as it relates to specific modules such as billing, collections, anesthesia, eligibility and referrals. Individual meets or exceeds quality and quantity of organization’s expectations

A High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Two years experience includes customer service, insurance claims billing and collections. Certification as a CCAT (Certified Clinical Account Technician), CPAT (Certified Patient Account Technician), CBCS (Certified Billing Coding Specialist). Excellent organization and communication skills, basic procedural, diagnostic coding experience. Microsoft Office and Physician office software experience preferred.
