Summary:
The primary focus will be in creating and executing quality process for new ad center program. Ensure all calls are processed in accordance within company guidelines and client expectations. Provide feedback to the Practice Manager, Sales Managers, Performance Manager and Practice Manager regarding Sales Consultant's skill level and project related challenges. Required is the ability to identify trends and provide recommendations for improvement regarding the sales process.

Skills / Requirements

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

* Monitors and evaluates sales (closes) to ensure compliance with rules and guidelines, client expectations, and PRC standards.

* Provides feedback on sales related skills, including coaching on sales processes.

* Ability to work within internal systems as well as client systems

* Provides written and verbal feedback/documentation to Sales Consultants and Managers regarding the quality of the sales.

* Partner with operations team to determine appropriate feedback channel (i.e. directly with Sales Consultant or with Sales Manager)
