Job: Inspection Technician

Inspection Technician's need to complete insurance pre-screening inspections, which require a thorough visual evaluation and field data collection at residential properties in west central Florida.

·Possess strong construction background with knowledge of construction components.
·Possess excellent verbal communication skills.
·Possess basic computer operational knowledge, including MS Office knowledge.
·Ability to interpret, adapt and apply guidelines and procedures.
·Ability to work independently and use initiative, ability to be organized and to meet deadlines.
·Ability to travel for extended periods of time as required for each job site.
·Ability to observe proper safety precautions.
·Ability to obtain cross-division training and certification to allow inter-division field activities, as necessary.
·Possess a Florida Driver’s License with the ability to drive personal vehicle for business use.
·Adhere to the Company Drug Free Workplace Policy and successfully complete pre-employment and random drug screenings.
·Successfully complete background-screening process, including criminal, social security verification, credit history, workers’ compensation, and MVR screenings.
