Job: Industrial Engineer-Entry Level

Participate in project proposals to proactively develop manufacturing methods, procedures and production tooling.

Design layout of equipment, materials, and workspace to efficiently produce harnesses and electronic assemblies.

Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure production adheres to Lean manufacturing principles.
Study operations sequence and material flow. Develop and balance assembly lines.

Develop labor standards to promote efficient staff and facility utilization.
Recommend methods for improving utilization of personnel, material, and utilities.

Set up and maintain preventative maintenance programs.

Justify, specify, qualify and procure new machinery and equipment.

Skill requirements:
BSIE, additional training in Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and Six Sigma.
CAD proficient.

At least 3-5 years experience in manufacturing.
