SUPPORTED LIVING SPECIALIST CSC SUPPORTED EMPLOYMENT Base Salary $25,064/Annually Based salary may be increased based on experience Bachelor’s degree with major coursework in human services field. This position assists clients in identifying and making provision for preferred housing in Hillsborough County. Completes Psychiatric Rehab Assessments and writes treatment plans. Teaches the clients activities of daily living in order to help them maintain their apartments. Valid State of Florida driver’s license with a good driving record. Important Notes
