Job: Production Supervisor

We are currently seeking a Production Supervisor to join our team!!!!

Basic Function and Scope of Responsibilities:

Make recommendations, improve efficiency and control costs.

Produce a quality product.

Identify and correct quality problems.

Administer CCJ employee relation procedures. Provide employee training on safety and equipment operation.

Conduct physical inspection of equipment and process system components.

Conduct employee meetings.

Implement new technology when appropriate.

Understand policies, procedures, technical manuals and other material pertaining to the operation and make decisions when appropriate.

Ensure accuracy of all employee documentation (i.e. timecards, attendance counseling, etc.).

Coordinate fruit processing activities with other departments.

Monitor operation for effective recovery of juice content and pulp to maximize profitability without compromising quality.

Oversee operation of complex processing environment.

Effectively schedule and utilize labor to assure adequate personnel are available and overtime is minimized.

Develop productivity improvement and cost reduction strategies.

Demonstrated good attendance.

Education Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED

Vocational School or some college courses

Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
