Job: PM Restaurant Shift Leader

Quorum Hotel is currently seeking a Restaurant Shift Leader.

This position will primarily be PM shift and responsibilities will include cashiering, hosting, interacting with all customers via table visits, overseeing the night service staff to ensure they are providing excellent service as needed. Ability to serve and bartend a plus.

Must be outgoing and friendly and enjoy working in a fast paced environment.
This position requires availablility to work AM and PM Shifts any of the 7 days. Must be at least 18 years of age.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.

HOSPITALITY REQUIREMENTS: The employee in this job must be knowledgeable about and follow the company's mission statement and values.
