Job: Telerecruiter

SUMMARY: The fixed site Telerecruiter interacts with the public in a positive, professional manner both in person and on the phone. The Telerecruiter fields telephone calls, schedules aphaeresis donors, updates the aphaeresis database, and also serves as the gatekeeper for the blood drive schedules.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
High school diploma; Office experience required, medical office experience preferred. Ability to read, write and speak English fluently. Computer skills to work with blood bank and software preferred.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Ability to hear and speak to communicate on the telephone and register donors. Ability to read computer screens, manuals, and other documentation.
