Job: A/C Certified Maintenance Tech

We are currently looking for a Technician for our in house maintenance department at Panera Bread. The person will be working within our Bakery Cafes on a daily basis.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
-Repair commercial appliances and a/c units.
-Must be certified to pump down and recover freon.
-Able to repair units as needed.
-Able to replace txv valves, contactors, blower motors,etc.
-Must be available for on call nights and weekends.
-Knowledge of preventive maintenance and cleaning of ice machines is a plus.
-Freon we use R-22, 404A, 134A.
-(This is optional) We have all recovery tools and torches or you can use your own.
-Knowledge on plumbing, electrical and light maintenance is a must!

-Must be able to travel locally.
-Must have Fix-it Skills.
-The ability to maintain office and bakery cafe equipment, exterior and interior appearance
-Electrical, Painting, Plumbing, Tile work, Installation, and Problem solving experience!
-Clean Driving Record
-Must be able to pass a background check
