Job: RN CLINICAL MANAGER

Comprehensive Home Care of Pinellas/Pasco is a Medicare certified home health agency, ranked among the nation’s top 25% of home care agencies by Home Care Elite 2009.

We are looking for an energetic, hardworking, team focused RN with recent coding, OASIS and supervisory experience to compliment our Palm Harbor office. This RN will head up a team of multidisciplinary professionals dedicated to raising the standards of home health care.

Ensuring exceptional patient care is being delivered

Positive leadership and mentoring of staff

Communicating with physicians, patients and staff

Reviewing incoming OASIS documentation

Overseeing the scheduling process

Requirements include:

A degree in Nursing; Bachelor's degree preferred.

Licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Florida

Current CPR certification

The ideal candidate would be a detail minded individual with well developed problem-solving and organizational skills. We are seeking an RN that combines these attributes with a positive outlook, good interpersonal skills and a strong customer service ethic.
