IHOP is best-known for its award-winning pancakes, but we also serve an array of lunch, dinner, and snack items throughout the rest of the day and evening hours as well.  In addition to a diverse menu, we operate a number of store-types in a variety of locations:  IHOP has over 1350 locations throughout North and Central America generating nearly $2 billion in annual system-wide sales.  And moreover, our teams are just as diverse as the menu and the geography.  Our workforce represents the communities which we serve and we believe their broad array of backgrounds and experiences provides us with a competitive advantage in the industry.

We need SOLID managers who want to join part of a SOLID concept that is 50 years young and still growing.  Specifically, we’re looking for managers to be part of the management team at one of the locations in Tampa or Lakeland.  The locations in Tampa and Lakeland belong to the largest IHOP franchise- Sunshine Restaurant Partners- which operates over 160 IHOP locations throughout Florida and South Georgia.
