This istransportation, data entry and clerical work related to the direct service forclients released from custody of Sheriff's Department. This positionrequires skills in using computer, motor vehicle transport, assisting in dataentry and clerical work, filing, and operating office equipment. Thisposition also provides direct service assistance to clients. This is a full time position located at the AmethystRespite Center (ARC) in Tampa, Florida.

Communications -Communicate with supervisor and established chain of command regarding dailyworkflow, operations and/or incidents; document all required information in aclear, legible, timely, concise and accurate manner.
Relationship - Respects authority; models direct and clear communications with peers,clients and subordinates; culturally aware and respectful of differences;
Administrative - Precisely documents events and transactions specific to job duties inapproved Agency formats; understands and adheres to program operatingprocedures.
Technical - UtilizesAgency communication devices and information technology as a business tool;proficient, as required, in the use of Outlook, DATIS, Train Caster, KIS andrelated IT systems and software applications.
Business Acumen - Adheres to Agency Policy.
Professional - Behaves ethically; presents a professional image in appearance,communications and demeanor; adheres to Agency scheduling Policy; followsprogram activity schedules; committed to personal professional development.
Analytical -Establisha helping relationship with the person receiving services by demonstrating empathy,respect and genuineness in order to build trust. Assist in gatheringinformation about basic and community living of maintenance or food servicesneeded.
Leadership - Seek toparticipate in effective approaches and training to enhance job skills; seekopportunities to mentor new staff; ability to recognize unsafe behaviors,situations, and environments to maintain the safety and well-being of personsreceiving services, staff and community members.
Highschool diploma or GED
Mustpossess valid Florida Drivers' License, industry accepted driving history andmaintain vehicle insurance required by State of Florida. This positionwill be required to participate in all transportation-related trainingactivities, including on-the-road driving test relative to appropriate and safeoperation of motor vehicles.

Supervision: Work is performed under thesupervision of a Program Supervisor or Director. This position does not providesupervision to others.
Transportsclients and materials as needed, and performs assigned duties such as receivingand delivering incoming and outgoing communications, mail, or packages, filing,answering phones, operating various types of office equipment. Adheres toagency model and documentation for direct service assistance to clients. Carries out tasks associated with laundry, a clean living environment, andensures safety of clients receiving services.
Transportsclients as well as materials to referral destinations via agency vehicle.
Performsor assists in the performance of routine clerical operations such as filing,answering phones, computer duties, and other general office tasks.
Receivesand delivers office communications, mail, packages or other materials.
Completessafety check on assigned agency vehicle/s; reports daily on condition ofvehicle.
Performsrelated work as required/assigned.
Demonstratesa general knowledge of program professional plan, program policies andprocedures.
Performssearches of clients' property for contraband. Makes frequent rounds of facilityto insure adequate safeguards and client safety aremaintained. Facilitates/complies with emergency preparedness and monthlymock scenario emergency drills.
Communicatesregularly with clients, co-workers/shift supervisors and others as appropriate
Observesclients for changes in behavior,
Assistsclients in gathering/obtaining personal property when discharged.
Documentsincident and injury reports as applicable
Crosstrains for fulfilling BHT duties as needed
