Customer Service Specialist-Part Time
Position Summary: Ensure customers are greeted and assisted in a timely manner both over the phone and in person. Maintains and monitors appointment scheduling, receipt of payments, managing complaints/grievances and ensuring overall client satisfaction while checking in or out for services. Part time. Located in Bradenton, FL
Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma. Great customer service skills, computer skills, and phone etiquette.
Experience working in a clinical office setting and/or retail experience a plus.

Essential Functions/Job Duties:
Assisting all clients, checking in, greeting at arrival
Notifying staff of appointment arrivals
Check client out/collecting co-pay
Ensuring all clients are offered Office Summary of today's appointment, education information, PIN numbers
Post physician and therapy services as needed
Work Environment/Physical Demands:This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. This is largely a sedentary role; however, some filing is required. This would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand as necessary.
Position Type, Expected Hours of Work and Travel:This is a part-time position, and the expected work hours are 24 hours per week, Monday - Friday. Some early morning, evening and weekend hours when needed. Able to work at different local sites as required.
