Job Description

The incumbent in this position is responsible for initiating the background process on all candidates offered employment by the various Seminole Gaming Human Resource Departments. High School diploma or GED equivalent is required. A minimum of two (2) years in a related field, or prior experience in an administrative or clerical capacity is required. Possession of a valid Florida Driver's License is required. Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and organizational skills. Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrate proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and Outlook. Ability to meet standards for a Key License and thereafter to pass random drug testing is required. Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays. Due to the nature of the business, all applicants must be 21 years of age or older.
